Unit # B407.1032 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei HI 96753The bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning and private bath. A second bath with shower is off the main living area. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room, so we can accommodate up to four guests.The condo is complete with washer/dryer, and all the kitchen appliances and amenities. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided for your beach excursions.Relax with morning coffee on the lanai, watching whales in the winter months. Enjoy the meticulously manicured tropical gardens. The beach is just steps away for nice walks and beautiful sunsets. Free internet is also included.2024 MAINTENANCE DATES:- May 30 2024. 1pm Pest Control (2 minutes in unit)- June 24 – 28 2024. Lawn de-thatch- September 9 – 13, 2024.
