We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.• Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.**About Fees & Pricing**• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day.
