Aloha!Enjoy this recently remodeled 3rd floor (easy access from elevator), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at the Maui Vista #2306 in South Kihei. This condo is quietly located in the second building, away from traffic, directly above the pool, with a partial ocean view from the lanai (patio).The property has 3 private pools, 6 tennis courts, barbecue grills, and beautiful landscaping throughout. You can also soak in the sun on the beach; we are located within walking distance to Charley Young beach and the Cove Beach Park, offering some of the best places to paddle board or surf in Kihei. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking within a stone’s throw. Kihei is also a popular hot spot for shopping, dining, and ending the day with shaved ice while watching the best sun sets on the island.Our unit has a futon style couch to sleep extra guest.(*Update we recently replaced the mattress in the bedroom with a high density (Leesa) foam mattress.) and a dining table that seats four. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen along with a washer and dryer.
