This beautiful 2,800 square foot home hosts up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.Head inside where you’ll be greeted by a comfortable living room setup complete with a new, large panel HDTV, plenty of seating, and deck access, Just behind the living room you’ll find an enormous 10ft dining table for great dining and great conversations. The kitchen is complete with all modern amenities including stainless steel appliances, cooking and dining essentials, and lots of natural lighting.The large master bedrooms includes a king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa, HDTV, and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed as well as a spacious closet. The second full bathroom includes a stand-up sink and walk-in shower. The bunk room is perfect for the kids as it includes two sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use.But wait, there’s more! The property also includes a charming guest studio that includes a king-size bed, HDTV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.Maverick’s River Haus is located near Canyon Lake Dam, upriver from all the tubers so you’ll find it to be a wonderful location to jump in for a swim or paddle a kayak. The property also features a large deck overlooking the calm and peaceful waters of the Guadalupe River, complete with a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of additional space to lounge.Located off FM306, you’re two miles from the Horseshoe and Whitewater Amphitheater. Tubing/ river outfitters, concerts, gas, groceries, and much more are all nearby. It’s also only a quick 20-minute drive to New Braunfels where you’ll find, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Historic District, Wurstfest, and the Comal River tube chute.Maverick’s River Haus welcomes Winter Texans from October- February. Call or message us for Winter Texan rates.*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 12 guests and 4 vehicles, unless otherwise approved.
