Built in 1869 for Mayor of Sav! Perfect location for Foodies & History Buffs! Next to Savannah’s newest Deli – Urban Deli!, fab restaurants, the Cathedral, St Vincents, and easily walk to Forsyth Park & River St. Easy Uber/Lyft ride to the shopping & all that Downtown Savannah has to offer. Live like a local in this beautiful Townhome!While we love animals, we are NOT automatically pet-friendly. If you have well-behaved, potty-trained, and well-traveled pets, please send an advance message prior to booking with age, breed, and weight for special consideration and approval. We charge $100 per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it’s mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.
