Medalist – 17 Medalist CircleBeautiful westerly facing pool home situated in the golfing community of Rotonda.Minutes to local beaches, shopping and restaurants.Home has been lavishly furnished and is equipped with everything you could need on your vacation – gas grill, bikes, fishing equipment, beach chairs….Home has been lovingly cared for by the owner and everthing is beautifully maintained.On entry you come into great room with comfortable sofas, entertainment center with large screen tv and open plan dining room with table and chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances such as stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.There is casual breakfast area overlooking pool which is visable through aquarium window.There is laundry room off the kitchen with washer/dryer and that leads to double garage.The master bedroom has king size bed, its own tv and own full bathroom.The other two bedrooms on other side of the house has queen bed in one, and twins in the otherThese rooms share a second bathroom.Lots of sliders lead to the pool area and the pool is a good size with large lanai overlooking the pond.Table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers to relax by pool.House has beautiful landscaping and a great place to watch the Florida sunsets…Amenities:Pool can be electrically heatedWi-fiGas grillRotonda has several golf courses to enjoyBikesFishing equipmentBeach chairs
