The open floor plan allows you to use the kitchen and visit at the same time. There is a large island with 4 benches and all the appliances and kitchenware needed. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided. There is a half bathroom next to the kitchen for your guests.The 2nd floor covered deck and 2 front porches are great places to hang out.The laundry room has a utility sink and is upstairs near the back deck.Each of the 4 Master bedrooms feature a Queen cool gel foam bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, desk, & office chair.Bedroom 1 is downstairs. It is a larger room with a large walk-in closet and bathroom featuring a tiled shower and 2 sinks.Bedroom 2 is upstairs in front and connects to the upper front porch. It has a walk-in closet and bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub-shower. It is the largest room.Bedrooms 3 and 4 are smaller rooms with 1 sink and shower in each room.1 GB internet service is provided. The houses have high end flooring, appliances, & granite countertops.Guests have access to the entire house and the shared parking and green space behind the houses.There are 11 houses in this subdivision which has 2 sides and free gated parking behind the houses. This is the 2nd house from the left on the left side (group of 5 houses). Enter in the driveway to the left of 1475 Wrightsboro Road (1st house). Then turn right. It is the 2nd house, white with light grey trim. Enter in from the back door to the left of the 2 car garage.There is additional parking behind the garage (2 per house) along with greenspace and 2 picnic pads with a table and charcoal grill.
