Being a Superhost with 3 homes in PGA West, I really take pride in offering all of the comforts of home while you’re on vacation. From luxury bedding and linens, plenty of blankets and beach towels, cooking utensils and coffee, we have it covered!The pantry is fully stocked with the essentials for cooking and barbecuing for a group of people including seasonings and spices. We also stock plenty of toilet paper and paper towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. OkThe living room has a large cozy couch perfect for relaxing and watching some cable TV, or checking out what’s new on Netflix and HULU. Looking for some family entertainment? We have lots of board and card games available for you to make some fun memories with.Looking to soak up some sun? The backyard offers plenty of deck space and tons of sunshine. The over sized pool has a large Baja shelf which is great for little ones to splash around on. During the winter the pool can be heated at $100 per day.Coming to golf? The main club house is located just 2 minutes away and offers access to an amazing practice facility and 2 championship caliber golf courses as well as a restaurant and bar. PGA West Stadium Course and the PGA West Tournament Course. Located in picturesque La Quinta there is always plenty to do while visiting the area. From the world class golf, amazing restaurants, festivals, and the gorgeous surrounding landscape, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy!A car is ideal while visiting as the area is quite spread out.Music is allowed outside from noon until 10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.Pool can be heated at $100 per day.The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday. Gardener is serviced by HOA and service days vary. Refusal of either service will result in a rebooking of service at $50 which will be the responsibility of the guest.Maximum 5 cars, 12 guests during the day and 8 guests overnight.We are pet friendly. There is a one time pet cleaning fee of $100. 1 pet max. No pets over 35lbs.Looking to Golf?
