Cannot pick and choose dates, as our heater needs time in advance to heat up before your trip).***Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee.***Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 14 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year)***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival. Most of the time the tank will have propane inside for your use, but if empty, you can take this tank and exchange it at most local gas stations/pharmacies/grocery stores/hardware stores for roughly $25.
