Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.NO PETSNO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS (6 including infants or toddlers)No Outside Visitor Permitted. The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by iTrip Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. “Occupants” includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – due to the City of LA’s strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. All outside visitors must be preapproved. A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance.
