This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath beach house with nice landscaped property, fenced backyard, large shade trees, and green grass to relax in comfort while still having a spectacular view of Old Town Lake and Magnolia Beach on the elevated deck. NO PARTIES and NO FIREWORKS allowed on property. The house will sleep 7 comfortably and has central AC/heat, smart TV with local channels and WIFI. Recently updated floors, freshly painted inside and freshly painted new siding and trim on outside. NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
