The wet bar is a great place to mix your summer vacation drinks.The spacious primary bedroom has a lake view, king bed, large ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.The second and third bedrooms have queen beds with a bathroom on both halls, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bathroom is a powder room off the living area. All four bathrooms have been renovated as of May 1st, 2023.There are updated furnishings and flooring throughout, water views from the deck and screened-in porch, and an outdoor shower facing sunset for total relaxation. The home is a ranch, so no stairs!Getaway on Malibu is on a “no wake” cove, perfect for swimming, kayaking (4 provided), and floating on a raft (pick your favorite from our float room). We have a boat ramp to make it easy to launch your own or rented water crafts. We are at exit 33 off of I-77, then 1 mile to paradise. Reserve your jet ski or boat rental from the nearby marina.
