A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time. Our condo is just a short walk to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the resort amenities.This condo offers: a king bedroom and a second bedroom with full over queen bunk beds . Sleeps 6 comfortably. 3 High Def LED TV’s, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!A storage locker is provided with this unit and Pack N Play.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurants. Those are seperate entities.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. Questions about the fee or resort amenities, please contact them directly atIMPORTANT TO KNOW:*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required.
