Large open concept farmhouse with a large dining table and plenty of couches for watching TV. Fully equipped kitchen and first floor bedroom/bath. Enclosed yard with Firepit and Grill. A short walk to town, central to everything in Mid coastal Maine – 42 minutes to Portland, 26 minutes to Brunswick, 35 minutes to Broad Coast Reserve (a small sandy beach), 38 minutes to Boothbay Harbor, 50 minutes to Popham Beach ( a 3 acre sandy beach), 2.5 hours to Acadia National Park. Updated farmhouse – stairs to second floor are steep.
