Merry’s Beach Bay Condo / POOL SIDE / DOCK SIDE / Awesome LocationThis is my cozy, quiet, clean, ground level studio. It is not only spacious, but has that beach cottage feel. I have just added a new mattress, box springs, dresser and night stand and a new comfy rattan chair and ottoman. This water side, pool side, home away from home is brightly decorated with breezy palm trees inside and out. The heated pool is just outside my sliding glass door. Beside the pool is a small grassy yard shaded by a huge palm tree and other smaller palms. In this shady area, there is a charcoal cooking grill for those great BBQ, cook at home nights. The board walk, over the sea wall, where the sail boats are docked, is a wonderful place to end the day and watch the sunset reflect on the water.You don’t need to buy bottled water any more because I have just had a new drinking water system.There is a queen size bed in the sleeping area and a full size fold out futon in the living area. The futon has a 6 inch inter-spring mattress that is very comfortable. I have added a portable baby play-n-pack type baby crib for the little ones.Clearwater Beach is about 2 and a half blocks to the West. Sand Key Beach and Park are just over the bridge and so is Clearwater Harbor Beach. These beaches all have beautiful white sand and are great for swimming. There is a little beach that is nice for collecting shell or watching dolphins, just a block and a half away. We don’t swim far out at that beach because it is close to the channel for the tourist boats. I stay at the condo with my grandson and feel very safe. The Clearwater Beach Walk is very nicely lighted so we walk back from the beach even at night. There is a police station about a half a block from the condo.
