The pool heating fee is $65.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F. A covered patio with a fan features a dining table and there is a gas grill to make your outdoor chef happy. Comfy chaise lounges invite relaxation poolside. Umbrellas are provided for those who prefer reclining in the shade.This one story home is spacious and well appointed. The open concept great room has a cozy seating area with a large TV and a well stocked kitchen with both island and table seating. Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Doors at the back of the great room open to the covered patio and pool deck. Highchairs are available to rent. ALL TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.~ SLEEP WELL ~The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and storage space for your personal items. The primary suite has a king bed, en suite bath and a walk-in closet. The beautiful en suite bath has a large tiled walk-in shower and vanity with dual sinks. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a king bed. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. Pack ‘N Plays are available to rent.There is a dedicated, well stocked laundry room and a garage with parking for 2 cars. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home.
