The apartment is above James Beard-nominated chef and Esquire’s “Best Bars” cocktail lounge & restaurant, The Port of Call (welcome cocktail or mocktail included in the rental ;). The renowned Oyster Club & Treehouse are next door, as well as the acclaimed Sift Bakery.⁣Guests have full access to “Meteor” – the entire 3rd floor penthouse – as well as a deck and yard shared with the two other apartments in the building.⁣I am available via text message/phone when needed.
