It’s one of a kind.Mia Bella is one property for your exclusive use, containing 2 amazing and unique spaces – The Main House and The Villa. Both spaces face the private heated pool in the back of the property, set against the huge patio and beautiful mangroves on the canal (BYOK – bring your own kayaks). When you step out the door of either space and enter the pool area, you will enjoy the pool, sunshine, and fresh air, but leave the bugs behind – the heated pool and pool deck are screened for your utmost comfort. The patio alongside the mangroves and remaining outdoor spaces are open air.The Main House – single story living with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Park your car and enter the living room in the Main House, complete with a large sectional sofa and 65″ TV. The adjoining kitchen is all new, designed restaurant style, and is appointed with everything you need to feed the crew. Head out of the kitchen into the dining area, complete with 25 feet of glass sliders overlooking the pool. The dining table seats 8 and there’s lots of additional space to hang out inside, right next to the pool.In the Main House, Bedroom 1 has two twin XL beds and is located across from a full hallway bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a large suite, with a king bed, walk-in closet, and full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is also a suite, with a king bed, 2 closets, and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a private entrance with direct access to the pool area.The Villa – Surrounded on 3 sides by wall to wall glass, the Villa is extraordinary and contains everything you need for your stay. The ground level includes a sleeping area with queen bed, well designed kitchenette, beautiful 2-story living room with sectional sofa and 55″ TV, plus a dining area that seats 6. A full bathroom is also on the ground level, and a separate laundry room is tucked around the back. You can access the Villa by walking 5 steps out of the Main house. Note: there is not much privacy in the Villa, since it has glass walls.In the Villa, the 2nd floor Loft bedroom contains a queen bed. The ceilings are low in part of the Loft, but it’s a really cool bedroom space. And you’ll love the sunsets and tree top views from the new deck on the second level. NOTE: Loft is accessible only from exterior stair and does not have access to bathroom.Mia Bella sets up perfectly for 1 large family, 2 families, couples and friends, or any other situation where people want to be together, but also appreciate the opportunity for some privacy / down time.This one has it all.
