Access to the playroom is via the inside door to the Garage. The pool and patio area are at the rear of the property. We are very pleased to be able to offer a bedroom downstairs with en-suite facilities for guests who are not able to use the stairs.Pool Heating is available at an additional cost. Costs are $35 per day for a minimum of 3 days. Pool Heating is not required and is your own personal preference.We have parking available for 2 cars on drive in front of the house. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $200 fine.
