Flooring has been installed, molding yet to be installed. Construction noise may still be heard but should lessen as they get to painting the interior. Please contact us with any questions.Below you will find details about our 2 bed/ 2 bath home, Mickey’s Mission Beach & Bay Bungalow, located in Mission Beach.​​​​​​​(Please note: the unit is the ground floor only)Mission Beach is special with its proximity to both the ocean and the bay. This remodeled surf, chic bungalow is just 55 steps to lovely Mission Bay. The contemporary open California style kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen TV and a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress adds additional sleeping space. The dining area has a table for 6 and there are also 4 breakfast bar stools. The two bedrooms both have comfortable new queen beds, 50 inch flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms are off the hallway and have a walk-in shower with a glass door and a single sink and toilet. There is room for one large or two small cars parked in tandem next to the building. The fenced front yard is a nice place to relax on the lounge chairs or BBQ your dinner. There is a portable A/C unit provided for your use.This location is hard to beat! It’s within minutes from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it’s excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it’s authentic 1920’s wooden roller-coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Come and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer including our unbeatable weather.Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete.
