Change of sheets and towels are included in the extend stay rental charge.This is a great location to return to after a day of sight seeing around the Monterey Peninsula with it’s garden patio setting. The patio is enclosed within tall hedges and includes a table for four with an umbrella, 2 large wicker lounge chairs and a gas BBQ. The open floor plan allows for classic California indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen has everything needed for food preparations that can be purchased from one the areas fine gourmet markets, farmers markets and/or the Monterey Wharf. Other Amenities Include: A king size bed, Vermont Casting fireplace, wall mounted 43″ TV with premium cable channels, walk in closet with California Closets cabinetry, a small office area within the closet, European style clothes washer/dryer combo, glass and tile shower, quality linens and towels. The outdoor patio is big enough to store bicycles or kayaks while touring around the Peninsula. The Carmel river is just a short stroll from the property and has water running year-round. Our interior cleaning procedures are extensive and includes thorough sterilizing of all usable surfaces. All bedding linens are commercially laundered. We also ask that all guest not wear shoes inside. In the 4 years of offering our cottage to guests no animals have been inside making this a good choice for those with allergies and needing this specific type of clean environment. With relaxation in mind this property is designed to accommodate both weekend guests as well as longer staying visitors.In minutes visitors can conveniently drive to Garland Park, Carmel Valley Village, Mid-Valley Shopping Center, Earth Bound Farms, Bernardus Lodge, Carmel Valley Ranch and the entrance to Los Laureles Grade (15 minutes to Laguna Seca Raceway). Approximate drive time to downtown Carmel is 15 Minutes.
