The Living Room features a gas burning fireplace, a 48″ Flat Screen TV and a Surround Sound Audio System. The Dinning Room boasts an extendable white lacquer table that seats 6 – 12 people very comfortably. Imported 24′ x 24′ porcelain tile runs throughout the lower level of the house and transitions out to the back yard 24′ x 24′ cement pavers – providing a seamless and cohesive indoor/outdoor flooring design.The over-sized chef’s kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, black granite counter-tops and a center eating island.
