When entering, you’ll see floor-to-ceiling-glass beautifully integrating the living room, dining room and kitchen areas inside, with the inviting pool and living spaces outside. The true indoor/outdoor entertaining lifestyle enjoyed year-round in Palm Springs. Your inner chef will love cooking and entertaining in the well-appointed kitchen – white Caesarstone countertops, Viking gas stove, wine refrigerator, Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances and a breakfast station with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. A stackable washer and dryer is located off the kitchen as well. There are 4 stylish bedrooms and 3 modern, renovated bathrooms. All bedrooms have Smart flat screen TV’s including Spectrum ap with local channels, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and more aps available for sign in, and, of course, WiFi. Each bedroom also has “Alexa” to help you enjoy your stay. All have ceiling fans and black out window shades. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with king beds and en-suite baths each located on opposite sides of the house. The larger master bedroom offers views of the pool with private entrance. You’ll feel like you are in a world-class spa as you luxuriate in the stunning master bathroom’s free-standing soaking tub looking out on a private garden with bubbling fountain. This bathroom also includes double sinks and a large walk-in shower with massaging pebble-rock floor. There is a second private patio offering a quiet reading or dining area for guests. The second, smaller master bedroom, offers a king bed, en-suite bath with large shower and double sink. The bedroom also has a view of the pool with private access. The owner of the property will be available to ensure all your needs or questions are met. Make your next Palm Springs dream vacation truly marvelous!The City of Palm Springs has a STRICT sound ordinance prohibiting outdooramplified sound (music or voices) beginning 10pm until 9am the following day. The owner wants to stress this house is ideal for a relaxing dream vacation but is by no means a “party-central” house. Each guest is expected to read and follow the “good neighbor” information provided and behave like they are the owners themselves. No special events like weddings or photo shoots are allowed without the permission of the owner.All guests must pay a mandatory “Transient Occupancy Tax” (TOT) of 11.5% of thetotal nights stayed plus the cleaning fee. This is required by the City of Palm Springs.
