All 3 bedrooms have built in closets and drawers (2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds, 3rd Bedroom is an office / kids room). Plenty of natural light with accent and recess lighting.Slow down and enjoy palm trees, ocean breezes with amazing indoor and outdoor living spaces. Front living room features 55″ Samsung Frame TV and modern slender couch. The oversize back entertainment space features a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with 65″ Samsung Smart TV. Open up the oversize bifold door and the west facing sun with beautiful amenities; outdoor fire pit, pool, jacuzzi, workout area, BBQ and plenty of lounging spaceWe are also open to longer stays, please inquire with your dates. You will be asked to leave without a refund****We are now ONLY accepting reservations from families with children or mature respectful adults (maximum 8 guests at all times).Pet fee is $500 per stay. If not, it will be requested later on.Our home is professional cleaned prior to your stay.——–Please enjoy our amenities but we want to make it crystal clear for our future guests to follow:. Keep your volume respectful (day AND night) to our neighbors and honor the absolute outdoor quiet time from 9pm-7am.. No outdoor gatherings from 9pm. Please close the patio doors and keep your entertainment inside after 9pm.. 8 max total guests at ALL times. No In and out visits outside of the reservation.. NO Pool and NO Jacuzzi use after 9pm.We utilize the “Minut Smart Home” which has the feature of measuring decibels levels at the villa. If your noise level exceed our levels (shouting, loud music, etc) you will get a warning via text/call. If the noise continues for sufficient time after the warning, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If guests tamper with the hardware you will be asked to leave immediately.This is a place to relax. If you happen to be outside after 9pm, keep the volume exceptionally low, just like you would in a library or yoga retreat.If this all sounds good, we would love to be your hosts!
