Welcome to our mid-century modern home in Charlevoix! Our home is conveniently located one block from Lake Charlevoix’s Depot Beach and a short stroll down tree lined streets into central Charlevoix. A short bike or car ride will lead you to several Lake Michigan beaches. The home itself has a single floor layout with a large, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Our home has been recently renovated with all new flooring and furnishings. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Attached to the master bathroom is a den with a large television and pull out sleeping couch, if necessary. Two additional bedrooms on the same floor share a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a bunk style bed that is a twin over a full bed. The bunk bed also has a trundle twin bed that can be pulled out. A large living room with 65 inch television and plenty of seating await for you to relax comfortably when not out enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer!
