Our home is in one of three Eichler Tracks in Southern California. Nicknamed ‘Lilian’ after Eichler’s wife, it was remodeled, keeping the integrity of the original design. It’s a step back in time with modern finishes and eclectic decor that mixes Mid Century Vintage pieces and modern design. This home can accommodate 9 guests comfortably with 5 bedrooms and 2 baths. This model has floor-to-ceiling windows in all living spaces. Stunning light comes through the area with a fantastic atrium that lights up these low roof designs. Designed to be a relaxing escape from the wilds of our daily lives. The home feels comfortable for all who stay—architecturally designed for that indoor/outdoor experience with an open living plan and a grand fireplace in the living area. The large yard has fully established pine trees, fruit trees, and a swinging wooden bench to enjoy your evenings outdoors. It can truly be an escape from the hustle and bustle of a big city but with all the ease of being close to amenities. Thousand Oaks – a peaceful town with shops, restaurants, and a thriving arts community at the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. Nestled in the Conejo Valley, surrounded by parks and hiking trails, this area offers natural beauty and is a peaceful escape from the bustle of city life. Please inquire for more information.-Additional deposits may be required.-Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet – additional fees will apply-The exterior of the home is monitored via video cameras.-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
