Guest must provide a copy of a valid government issued photo id.Rates:Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include a combined 12.5% percent which includes a City of Palm Springs room tax and a TBID Tax Assessment.Payment Schedule:An Advance Deposit is due at the time of signing the contract with ModMansions. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival at the property. In complex long-term reservation, payment arrangements may be made by contacting us directly.Utilities – (stays of 28+ days)If staying in a home, with its own private pool, for 28 nights or more, the guest will be required to pay a utility deposit of $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 depending on the property. This deposit will be used to pay the actual monthly gas and electric bills and copies of the actual bills will be provided to the guest. Should the stay exceed 28 nights and utilities used exceed the utility deposit, the guest agrees to pay an additional deposit to cover the remaining stay.
