Mid Century Modern Retreat on Half Acre in the heart of Prescott

Beautiful MCM home just minutes from downtown Prescott. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of seating, BBQ, Hot Tub, Corn Hole, Croquet, and Darts. Parking for 4 cars in driveway (no access to garage). The yard is completely fenced for privacy with small water features and beautiful greenery and trees.Inside is warm and inviting with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with island and 2 barstools, including spices, and enough kitchenware to serve dinner for 8. We have two dining areas (one in the kitchen and one in the dining room) seating four in the kitchen and six in the dining room, a living room with two large sofas, chair, a gas fireplace, 65 inch tv and a bar with barstools. There is also a family room with an L shaped sofa and reading chair with 55 inch tv and a sliding glass door to the patio.There are 3 master bedrooms, each with a king bed, two have en-suite bathrooms(one is small) and the third is just down the hall. Bathrooms are retro with vintage tile and showers. Each bedroom has a 55 inch tv and the 3rd bedroom has a reclining sofa and chair and a sliding glass door to the patio.There is a washer and dryer for your use with laundry soap. We provide hair dryers in each bathroom, soap, shampoo and conditioner. In the kitchen there is dish soap, dishwasher soap and paper towels. We use this as a vacation home so we keep it outfitted with everything you might need during your stay. There is central heat and air to keep cool during the summer and warm on those chilly Prescott nights.The home is located on a somewhat busy street but is set up and far back from the road with a long driveway. Outside there is a lovely sitting area under a large shade tree near the cornhole, dart board and jacuzzi. There is another patio off of the kitchen where there is a bbq, Blackstone grill and large sitting area. We set up our home for entertaining with multiple areas to relax, both inside and out. Absolutely no smoking inside, outside smoking is ok but please be careful to not toss any cigarettes on the ground and dispose of remnants properly.Ubers are readily available and the cost for a trip downtown is about $10. Downtown you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping. Whiskey Row is a fun place to wander around with lots of live music on the weekends and great people watching. There are 4 lakes nearby, hiking and mountain biking. If you want an activity filled vacation you can find it here, or you can just kick back and relax at our home, Willow Creek Ranch.
