We hope you’ll let us host you!Outside the home:The home is completely surrounded by a masonry fence and a hedge for privacy.In front, there is a (remote controlled) gated driveway that leads to a one-car garage available for you to park in. There is additional parking for 2 more cars inside the gate. The pedestrian gate is accessible by a coded entry system with a keypad for easy entry. Once inside the gate, there is an electronic lock on the front door for easy entry into the house. You are provided with codes for access and a remote for the driveway gate.In the backyard, you will find a beautiful pool and spa, a fire feature, and a fabulous putting green to keep you busy working on your game! There is a 1/2 bathroom right off the patio.The patio also includes a dining table for 6 with a remote-controlled awning for dining al fresco. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law.
