The two-story townhouse is conveniently located mid-island with access to some of the islands finest restaurants such as Halyards, Tramici’s and Delaney’s, Redfern Shopping Center, and much more. The Coast Guard beach access is 2.5 miles away and the Village and Pier is located 2.8 miles away from the home. There is a deck that overlooks lush greenery and is adjacent to the Retreat Golf Course, a perfect spot for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.As you walk into the home there is a large galley kitchen to your right. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, a drip/k cup coffee machine, and a full-size washer and dryer unit. As you continue through the home, there is a dining table with seating for four, a living area with two sofas seating for six, a 42-inch TV, and a decorative fireplace. There is a half bath on the ground floor.The second story of the home contains all three bedrooms. On your right, you will find the first bedroom with two twin beds, a 32-inch TV, and a closet.The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, a 32-inch TV, and a closet. The first bathroom has a single vanity sink with a step-in tub/shower combo.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 32-inch TV, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.There is a community pool located within the complex with enough space for lounging and relaxation.
