Private beach access just a short walk across the street.BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:1 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED AND SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY BOOKINGS ONLYTenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.
