The management is great to work with and representatives are always on site and can help you if you need anything while you are in our condo. This two bedroom, two bath 1,500 square-foot vacation getaway is accessible by elevator or stair. Enjoy an afternoon cocktail while lounging on the large 26 foot screened-in lanai with picturesque views of the lagoon, grounds, canal and docks. The docks are available for your convenience if you have a boat. Fishing is encouraged from the waterside walkways. Siesta Key’s famous white sand Crescent Beach (Voted America’s #1 Beach) is just steps away via a private walkway. Midnight Cove II has by far the most greenspace of any development on the beach. Concrete and asphalt are minimized. The elegantly designed, heated pool will provide hours of enjoyment and the clubhouse is well appointed. The grounds are impeccably landscaped and include newly refurbished tennis courts and picnic areas as well as a basketball court. Our unit is air conditioned, controlled by our personal thermostat and also has ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room features a leather sofa, love seat and recliner with footrest, plus a new 55 Samsung flat screen HD TV and DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. WE PROVIDE FREE Frontier FIOS high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) and over 150 channels with a DVR. The master bedroom has a new king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and 32 flat-screen cable TV. The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, flat screen TV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided, and a full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit. Our spacious, bright kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a glass cook top range, built-in microwave, chef’s cutlery, and all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Golf Courses for all skill levels are within a 15 minute drive. Sarasota is often referred to as the cultural capital of Florida’s West Coast and offers theatre, art galleries, music, and outstanding restaurants. Our family fell in love with Siesta key our first visit and we are confident you will too! You will want to return again and again.
