Pool has an outdoor shower as well plus bathrooms. The pool is just a couple minutes walk from the unit. The location of the complex is perfect….within minutes you’re in reach of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, ice cream and more! Leave your vehicle under the assigned carport spot during your vacation and walk, bike or take a trolley ride to get around. Your choice!This unit is located in building 1, closest to the bay and away from the street. Easy access into the condo. NO carpet anywhere inside the condo. You have a granite, full size kitchen including a stainless oven/stove, microwave & dishwasher. There’s a white refrigerator to keep your favorite foods chilled or frozen. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, blender etc.. Everything you need to cook at home, just bring your favorite chef and buy your favorite foods. (we don’t supply perishable items). The kitchen has counter seating for 2.The living room has a large Smart TV and includes cable and WiFi. There’s dining for 4 out on the screened lanai with water views. Enjoy your meals and snacks watching the boats float on by. Included inside the lanai is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.Bedrooms: Beautiful master with a king bed, closet and dresser. Small TV with cable. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a closet & dresser.If bringing a boat, check with us.
