The large dining room table is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy a meal together.Start your mornings with complimentary coffee & tea!Take advantage of high speed fiber internet throughout the house.Unwind from the comfortable couch and chairs while watching our large flat-screen smart TV with cable.Retire to the bedrooms and enjoy spacious rooms with clean and comfortable bedding. The Master offers a King bed, cable tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower and large tub. The two guest rooms feature a queen and 2 twin size beds and a shared full bathroom.Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our large fully furnished deck and take advantage of Charlotte’s beautiful seasons. The yard is nestled in a beautiful wooded cul-de-sac and is fully fenced in. Approved pets are welcome!Book now, and get the most out of Charlotte!Guest Access:Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner’s closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.The Neighborhood:The Midtown Gem is located just blocks from the popular Midtown area featuring tons of restaurants/bars and retail/shopping. Plenty of Ubers are also available at this location.Other Things to Note:The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.Interaction with Guests:Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency.
