You will find yourself steps from some of Traverse City’s best restaurants and bars where you can start your day with locally roasted coffee and end the day with a stiff drink distilled just minutes from your doorstep. When you aren’t partaking in local culture, the condo will serve as your home away from home and includes everything you need to make a meal or put your feet up and relaxMidtown Modern is a luxury meets industrial condo with a little Detroit flare. Entering the condo, there is a flight of stairs that will bring you to the open main floor which includes a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath. The kitchen of Midtown Modern is designed and stocked by avid travelers who love the flexibility to partake in the local cuisine or cook a full meal at home utilizing local ingredients. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, spices, oils, and anything else you need to make a gourmet meal. While you cook in the kitchen, your guests can relax in the open floor plan dining or living areas, play games, or watch the 50-inch TV. On the main floor, you will also find a very comfortable pull-out couch that sleeps 2 and a patio with an outdoor grill.On the second floor of the unit, there are two bedrooms, two full baths with showers, and laundry available for guest use. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a smart TV. The mattresses are all new and fresh linens and towels are included in your stay. The front bedroom also has a desk for a perfect work-from-home option.In addition to the condo, you will also have access to 2 bicycles that can be used to see all of downtown Traverse City or hit the TART trail to Leelanau County. The condo complex also has Boardman River access so you can put in a kayak or paddle board just steps from the unit. Watercraft are not included but you may bring your own or ask your host for rental recommendations.Permit Number 2022-#259VPlease note – this condo is located above Archie’s, a favorite local breakfast cafe. You may hear noise from the restaurant below and be enticed inside by the smells of hashbrowns and coffee outside the front door.This is also a second-floor condo, you must be able to climb stairs to get to the main living area
