Additional off-street parking is available for guests. The main floor features the living room, half bath, kitchen, and dining area with an enclosed all-season room. The middle level features the master suite, a guest room, and an office/workspace. The third floor offers an additional family room and game area and guest room.The cheerful and serene decor invites you to celebrate northern Michigan every moment of your stay in Midtown.This home has a 30-day minimum stay due to local zoning ordinances. Daily and weekly rentals are not permitted. Reservations that exceed 30 days will be subject to a cleaning fee every 30 days in addition to the standard guest check-out cleaning and fee.Rental Policy:- No smoking or fireworks are permitted- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.- Minimum booking age is 25.- 2 small-medium dogs are okay with approval. $150 pet fee per pet.To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection.
