Located right on Lake George, Millbrook Manor Estate is the family estate that will have you talking about it for years to come. This estate is arguably the largest vacation rental on all of Lake George. This estate consists of five individual homes, fourteen bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, 1 loft, sleeping 32. There are 10 queen beds, 3 king beds, 2 full beds, and 1 bunk bed.Located on the property is a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs while making memories at the lake. To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach and two kayaks located under Sunset Cottage (House 2) which is first come first serve for anybody staying on the estate. There is a park that sits directly behind the estate consisting of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts.There are three dock slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip you need to reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for dock space at an additional cost, they are located right next door. This home is pet-friendly, however, dogs need to be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.House One (Sunset View at Millbrook):Located directly on Lake George, Sunset View is the perfect house to catch the sun glistening on the lake. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a view from every window in this house, it can comfortably sleep 6. Sunset View has central air and heat.This waterfront home features a sun deck with a dining table, a large sofa, a fire pit, multiple chaise lounges, and multiple large adjustable sun umbrellas. The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a double oven, gas stove, a built-in ironing board, and a sub-zero refrigerator, this kitchen is every chef’s dream.The master suite is where you will wake up every morning in the king bed, looking at the lake that is just ten feet away. The master suite includes a walk-in closet that flows into the bath with double vanities, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower.The lower level is equipped with two additional bedrooms featuring a queen bed. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Also on the lower level is a second bathroom. Play pool all while taking in the beautiful views of Lake George. Just off the lower level is a patio that features a dining area, a large sectional, and a hot tub to soak up the views.House Two (Sunset Cottage at Millbrook):This lakefront cottage has beautiful, unforgettable lake views. This home has two bedrooms, one loft, and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping 6-8 people. Sunset Cottage has central air and heating, a fireplace, and a washer and dryer.Both bedrooms in the house have queen beds. The loft has one full bed and one queen bed. Enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks at the private beach area or on the covered porch that includes a swing and dining table.House Three (Sunset Escape at Millbrook):Overlooking Lake George, Sunset Escape is three stories with the most spectacular views of the lake. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 11 people. This home has dual central heating and central air as well as a washer and dryer.The master suite is on the top floor, featuring an adjustable king bed, a master ensuite with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The top floor also has another large bedroom with an adjustable queen-size bed, a single shower, and a jacuzzi spa tub to relax in after a peaceful day on the water.On the main floor, there is a large family room with a TV for when you all want to cozy up and watch a movie. Enjoy the open concept with a kitchen and dining area all with, you guessed it, more amazing views. Also on the main floor is another bedroom with a queen bed and another ensuite, with a shower.The lower level has an additional two bedrooms, one with a full bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed and a desk. Take a step outside the sliding glass doors and enjoy the view and lake breeze!House Four (Sunrise Nook at Millbrook):This Lakeview house, newly remodeled, features two queen bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 4. This home has multiple central air systems and much more!The bathroom has a four-foot walk-in shower and a double vanity. Attached to this house is a large deck with furniture to enjoy everything the lake has to offer while spending time with your loved ones.House Five (Sunrise Haven at Millbrook):Sunrise Haven has two bedrooms and one jack and jill bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 4. This home has central heating and air.The queen master is ensuite and the second bedroom has a king bed. This home has vaulted ceilings and an adjoining deck with beautiful lake views.*******Sunset Cottage and Sunrise Haven are closed from November to mid-April (The estate can sleep 21 during these five months)**********This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee, dogs only, fee per dog. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Hypoallergenic dogs only.Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the property and may record for security purposes.
