Recent remodeling in the family room, the kitchen has brand new appliances and fresh carpeting in the bedrooms and loft. 3 bedrooms on the main (1 King and 2 queens) and the large upstairs loft (Dorm style with 4 doubles – 2 on either end) is perfect for kids with games or books to enjoy. The huge deck is ideal to watch the kids playing on the beach all while in the comfort of a porch rocking chair with a cold drink. Enjoy reading, napping, or listening to the waves in the hammock. The outside shower includes hot and cold running water to rinse off after a fun day at the beach and adds another shower option. Other amenities include recent renovations throughout, fully stocked kitchen for the chef that enjoys cooking, large dining table that accommodates big family meals, big picnic table on the deck for family gatherings or late-night games and banter, charcoal grill, air-conditioned, high-speed Wi-Fi, and beach chairs and boogie boards for fun in the sun – no lugging them long distances to the beach.
