Mim’s Place Clean, Close and Convenient Apartment “On the Hill” in SaugatuckSpacious open plan apartment is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the downtown activities in a quiet residential neighborhood, “On the Hill”. The apartment is up a flight of stairs among the trees. Off street parking is provided. Many amenities provided including almost any kitchen item you could need, electric grill, washer and dryer, WIFI, Roku TV with lots of free shows and movies and live TV for news etc. (or bring your streaming log in and log into your own Netflix, Hulu etc.) DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Central air and ceiling fans make for a very comfortable hideaway in warm weather. The outdoor deck is nice for comfortable evenings enjoying the electric grill and patio furniture.Climb the stairs to the outdoor deck and enter the open plan apartment through the sliding door. The kitchen and dining area are to the right and living room to the left as you enter. There is a small laundry room off of the kitchen. Down a short hallway is the bathroom with walk in shower. And at the end of the hall is the bedroom with queen bed and desk. It is a very light and airy apartment with many windows throughout to enjoy the trees and surrounding gardens, but with appropriate curtains and blinds to provide privacy as well.This is a no smoking and no pets apartment.We are quite booked up, but here is when the apartment is still available so you don’t have to keep plugging in dates: August 4-6, 25-27, 29-September 3rd, September 6-11, 20-the end of the year.We are following the guidelines of the CDC and WHO in our health and safety practices …-Contactless check in and check out. We unlock the unit for you earlier in the day and leave a key for you to use. Then you leave the key and the place unlocked, and if possible give us a call when you check out.-If possible we wait several hours or a day to go over and clean after a group has left to let things settle.-Then when we come to clean, we open all the windows and turn the fans on to air out the place.-We wash the sheets and towels with hot water.-Then we clean everything like usual.-At the end we go around with the WHO recommended type of disinfecting bleach (not laundry bleach) mixed with the recommenced ratio of water and disinfect: counters, faucets and taps and shower controls, handles of appliances and doors and cabinets, light switches, AC control, lamps, remotes, soap dispensers, TV and DVD player and Roku box, info book, key, and where people frequently touch the windows and blinds.
