There are miles of sandy beach along the shore of Lake Superior right out the back door (150 steps out the front door and you are on the beach!). You are 1.2 miles from the aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, and downtown Duluth. The house was newly remodeled in the fall of 2015. Partially finished basement includes air hockey table, kids’ chalkboard, and washer/dryer. 2 bedroom (one queen bed, one full bed), one full bathroom, gas fireplace, sleeps 4.
