All bedrooms feature brand new memory foam mattresses and pillows.Absolutely no dogs are allowed in the home – if it is discovered a dog was at the home, the renter will incur a penalty of $200 to cover the cleaning and violation of rules.Please be advised that we use a professional cleaning service that takes great pride in their work to ensure that all surfaces are sanitized and cleaned in adherence to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC guidelines.Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
