Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.Pool Heat / PropaneThe cost of base level Pool Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s) is included in your reservation.A baseline of setting of Pool Heat – set to 80 degrees in the summer (May – Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep – Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM – 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.If you need additional propane beyond the full tank + back up provided, that would be at your own cost.Interaction with guestsWe are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We’re only a phone call/message away if any issues arise – we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
