This home is a rare find, featuring three separate sleeping areas. The master is located on the upper level with a king bed and modern, private full bath with heated tile flooring, bidet and walk-in shower, TV and walk-in closet. Second bedroom is on the lower level with an updated private bath, TV and king bed. Through the stall door opens up a fun bunk-bedroom that is also located on the lower level and offers a full bed and a twin bunk with a play area and access to a 1/2 bathroom. The main level is open concept with cathedral ceiling and ample seating for entertaining. The kitchen has modern appliances including a full size stacked washer and dryer, granite counters, and eat-in bar. The living area has a double sided gas fireplace with mounted TV and ample seating including a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. Revel in the seclusion and sweeping views from the screened porch while enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table in front of the gas fireplace. Additional fees: $40 per horse per day.- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $200 amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. Dogs and other house animals are not allowed because the house has an interior metal spiral staircase that is hazardous to them.- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods.
