Mirabelle Building Across from St John’s CathedralPerfect for wedding parties. You have four individual suites above Mirabelle Cafe and across from St John’s Cathedral. Each suite features an ensuite bathroom and light kitchenette. One suite is designed as a honeymoon suite with a spa bathroom and soaker tub, while the other three suites have living rooms with sleeper sofas for extra guests. We use Turkish linens and towels and provide a full suite of clean bath products using only clean and safe ingredients and scented with essential oils.The building has Mirabelle Cafe on the first floor. The suites are on the second and third floor up the stairs. Each suite is its own mini apartment. The units are across the hall from each other on each floor and are not connected directly. Please note, the kitchenettes have microwaves, mini fridges, and coffee makers, but do not have cooktops or cookware. There is staff in the cafe from 8AM-4PM who can give great recommendations, advice, and make you a wonderful breakfast, brunch, lunch, and/or drink to go.We’re in the heart of the historic district right across from The Cathedral of Saint John, Savannah’s most iconic landmark. The DOT free shuttle and all the tour trolleys pickup and drop off right across the street.Walk, it’s the Savannah way.-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can’t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.-We cannot accommodate late check-outs and need you to please observe the designated check-out time (10 AM). This is a large property, and the place must be cleaned and readied for the next guest, and our cleaners work on very tight schedules.-We cannot accommodate early check-ins for the same reason. If you need a place to store your bag before your designated check-in time of (3 PM), you can drop your bags off in the room any time after (12 PM)-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Please leave the premises if you need to smoke, Savannah is beautiful to walk around.- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.- Bath products are for use during your stay and are not to be taken.Thank you in advance for complying with the house rules.
