Bamboo floors add to the light and airy ambience of the home.The open concept space includes a kitchen, dining area, and family room. The family room is adorned with contemporary furnishings, large screen TV and double doors that lead to your backyard pool and entertaining area. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel Café appliances, island seating for 3, white subway tile and quartz countertops. You can easily prepare meals for family and friends using the slide in gas range. If you prefer to dine under the stars, you will find a large dining table and chairs in the patio area. For those who opt to dine out, you are within walking distance of some of Key West’s finest restaurants.Enough about eating, let’s talk about sleeping. The first floor has a bedroom with a full bed and access to the hall bath. The bedroom includes a dresser, ceiling fan, closet, and a desk. On the tranquil second floor you will find 2 ensuite bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan and access to the covered balcony. The rear primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and a covered balcony overlooking the lush pool area. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with glass walk in showers and the primary suite also includes double sinks and a soaking tub. There is a second desk/work station in the upstairs hall, allowing for schooling and/or working from home. This oasis is located on a quiet cul de sac and provides the rest and relaxation that you long for!BED CONFIGURATION: First floor bedroom has a full size bed and access to the hall bath with large walk-in shower. A large king suite is located at the rear of the second floor, and includes an ensuite bath with double sinks, glass walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. A queen size bedroom is also located on the second floor in the front of the house. The front bedroom also has an ensuite bath with glass walk-in shower and plenty of storage areas.OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Private pool surrounded by lush foliage and Brazilian teak decking.
