Also included on this rental, laminate flooring throughout, central A/C with smoke alarms and washer/dryer .Serendipity Community beckons with an array of amenities and activities. From a computer center with free WiFi, a heated swimming pool and hot tub to pickleball, darts, BBQ Area, shuffleboard, cards, and more.As a resident of this community, you’ll revel in the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen at the community center, a fitness center, library, ping pong and pool tables, with so much more.North Fort Myers’ prime location provides easy access to Interstate 75, entertainment, shopping, sporting venues, cultural attractions, and Fort Myers’ historic downtown, all within 15 miles. Medical facilities, including Lee Memorial Hospital and the new VA Hospital, are conveniently close. The Southwest Florida International Airport is just a short drive away, offering seamless travel.Access to the Community for the first time: Near your arrival time, you will be provided, via phone text, two codes. The first is a Pass Code to access the main gate that welcomes you into the community. You will use it every time you enter into the community. You will also receive one security code for the home door. When you punch the numbers we text you, the lock will open, without need for a key.No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional guests need prior approval and may be subject to additional charges. All additional guests must meet the age requirements of the communityRespect Property and Neighbors: We kindly ask our guests to treat the property and neighbors with respect, refraining from causing damage, disturbances, or engaging in illegal activities.Keep Clean and Tidy: We kindly ask our guests to keep the property clean and tidy during their stay. Please, remove all personal belongings after checking out. As courtesy, we only keep left behinds for a period of 24 hours after check out. If we receive no communication during that time we might dispose any unclaimed property. All fees derived from returning guest property should be charged to the guest.Appliances and Amenities: Inside the house, all appliances and amenities are for the use of guests, free of charge. Once approved by the community you can also use all common areas free of charge, such as pool, gym, library, game rooms and tennis courts.Parking: There’s two parking spaces in driveway (back to back). If extra space is needed, please park in front of the home without disturbing any neighbor’s space or blocking any street traffic.Security and Locking Up: Upon check in you will receive the main door lock combination via phone text. We will also text you the code for the main gate, at the entrance of the community. We kindly ask our guests to lock up the property when leaving and upon check-out.
