Please refer to the house rules for more information.- Pool heating fee of $100 per night (applied to entire reservation).- Please note that it takes 72 hours to heat the pool so please request and pay it 5 days before your check-in date.- Please ensure the solar cover remains on the pool at all times, both during the day and overnight (if you’re not using it), with the bubbles facing down to protect it from the sun. This will maximize the sun’s warming effects and maintain the desired pool temperature.- Pre-booking questions are required to be answered to complete reservation even if it is instant booked.- Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.- Max occupancy at all times is 7 people.- ID from booking party is required if user has negative review, new to Airbnb and/or is local.- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.- NO smoking on the premises. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.- Early check-in is subject to approval and incurs a fee of $100 for every hour before the check-in time.- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you’ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.- Please treat the unit as your home.
