Bedroom #3 is also on the 2nd floor and comfortably provides 2 full-sized beds. Bedroom #4 is on the lower level and is perfect for both adults and young children as it contains two twin beds, books, toys, and a mini-couch for reading to little ones. Guests who prefer to not share beds can sleep on one of the two queen-sized sofa beds in the living room or family room. Likewise, a pack ‘n play is available for a little one.The stylish gourmet cook’s kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances, granite countertops, a large island/breakfast bar with seating for 3, and all the cookware needed for entertaining or family dinners. The dining room is just off the kitchen and has seating for 10 — not including the high chair for a little one. Bathroom #1 is a conveniently located powder room on the 1st floor. Bathroom #2 is part of the ensuite master bedroom on the 2nd floor and contains dual sinks and a large shower with full-body faucets and a sitting bench. Bathroom #3, on the 2nd floor, has a combo tub/shower.
