The home features full kitchen, dining room, living room, basement game room with boot lockers and sauna, kids room in the top floor. The property features a 2-car covered garage and outdoor seating area. Located just 5 minutes to the picturesque town of New London and ~20 minutes to Mount Sunapee and Ragged Mountain. A pool is being installed May-July.The Space:Whole house in the New London area, near Mount Sunapee.Guest Access:Access through garage with the smart lock.The Neighborhood:Down a private driveway 5-min to the shops and dining in Downtown New London. Private and quiet neighborhood, police are on notice for parties or loud noise, if guests are arriving make sure they have accurate directions.Other Things to Note:Notes & Disclaimers:Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.From May-July a pool is being installed. Please note that there will be heavy machinery on property, and much of the exterior space will not be usable during this time.Fireworks and/or parties not allowed.
