You will absolutely love enjoying your morning coffee from the private patio.Community Amenities include pool which is heated in the winter and spa. You will also have access to gym, BBQ grills, and laundry facilities.Unit comes with one assigned covered parking spot that is exclusive to the guest. There is various visitor parking throughout the complex as well.Ideal location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. If you want to be in the action there is no better spot. Close to Spring Training parks, casino, dining, and shopping.Other things to noteMinimum age to rent is 25 years of age.No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in the unit or throughout the complex while using amenities. Please be respectful to neighbors throughout your stay.No Smoking! Any signs of smoking will result in $1000 fine.Upon successful booking you will be asked to sign a rental agreement and include occupancy information. This is for the safety of all parties involved and to keep you up to date with check in information and any notices regarding the home. Once the contract is complete you will be provided with information about the property and what to expect for your stay. We want to provide you with as much information as possible up front so there is no hiccups on arrival and you can enjoy your vacation.All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA’s to obtain information about short-term renter’s contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group’s information easy, and to take very little time.* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.All renters staying in properties with either a pool and/or a spa must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.(a) Time Change Policy: Any and all changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved in writing by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance and will not receive the required written approval until the day of the requested time change. Requested time-changes may not be possible based on the home’s cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure updates.(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host’s Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.
